Electric Bass Lessons
Electric bass provides rhythm and harmony for a band. Whether you’re just beginning or have been playing for some years, my lessons will be enjoyable and engaging for you. If you want to learn songs that you enjoy or learn to write your own bass lines, my lessons will be a great fit for you.
Upright Bass Lessons
String bass is a large instrument and can be a difficult one to play especially when you’re starting out. My lessons are tailored to each student and I’m comfortable showing you how to play classical or jazz on the bass.
Beginner Guitar or Piano Lessons
Learning guitar or piano for the first time? I am happy to help you learn your first chords and eventually learn the songs you like to listen to. Whether you want to learn to read sheet music or just prefer to learn songs without it, I am happy to help you in your musical journey.

About me
My musical journey began in 2009, where I started to play electric bass with the grade 8 strings class. Since then I have graduated from Kwantlen Polytechnic University with a bachelors in Music. I have played with numerous bands including my own band Hydro Taxi, as well as the Bruce James Orchestra.
I began teaching private lessons in 2019. I’m committed to help my students achieve success in music as well as enjoy the process along the way.
